About Us - Recharge You

With a passion for health and wellness, Leigh gained a PN Level 1 Certification in Nutrition after many years working as a dental hygienist.  Her new qualification propelled her into an obsession about everything to do with the body and wellbeing.

Born in Dublin, now living in Auckland, Leigh has a love of adventure and travel and has attended a number of International health & wellness conferences in order to discover optimal health treatments. She discovered PEMF Therapy whilst in the US where it is changing lives and reinventing the way people re-charge, reboot and recover. 

After returning to NZ she realised her dream to offer pain free, drug free treatment through her extensive nutritional knowledge, combined with PEMF therapy. As a result, Recharge You was born.

Leigh has invested in a world class PEMF machine from the US (the only one of it's kind in NZ) and has completed 3 levels of unparalleled PEMF education in Atlanta Georgia.  The training included extensive hands-on practical sessions and coaching so she can share her knowledge and work with people to help them live life to the full, be recharged and revitalised.

Leigh is an avid sports fan and enjoys anything & everything sport - from rugby to cross-fit, multi adventure races, mountain biking, basket-ball, running & swimming (which she only learned to do a year ago!)

Leigh lives in Auckland with her husband and 2 children.
